The SRH University Heidelberg began in 1969 with 130 students in three degree programmes. Today, over 3,000 students are enrolled in our more than 30 degree programmes.

The SRH University Heidelberg has its roots in the area of occupational rehabilitation. The architecture of the SRH Science Tower, arc and other campus buildings, for example at the School of Engineering and Architecture or for Music Therapy, are perfectly arranged to accommodate the requirements of people with disabilities.
