Facility Management (B. ENG.)

Seeking after qulification and pragmatism

Facility Management is a management discipline that supports a variety of services belonging to the core operations of a business. Among these are, for example, the analysis and optimisation of services and evaluating the significance and effectiveness of property and technical facilities, as well as planning and controlling these processes.
Our students hone teamwork abilities during their studies, through joint lectures and interdisciplinary seminars and projects.
These projects, from development to the planning and implementation phases and all the way through to shutting down a property, are a component of this interdisciplinary study programme. Students collaborate with others from Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Many of our professors come from these departments, while others are specifically recruited from the industry in order to further cultivate and teach specialised knowledge in Facility Management.
