Facility Management (M.ENG.)
Facility managers are all-round experts, with knowledge of business and property management, technology, marketing and information technology. They have management qualities and a strong personality that can lead, present and delegate. They show team spirit. Their activities include strategic planning and creative conception. Client-oriented thinking is especially important, since facility managers are service providers for various contact persons.
Property management for industries, trade, banks and administration is changing. Enterprises require buildings and facilities to be dealt with both economically and ecologically. Such tasks must be holistically fulfilled, by specialists. As an all-rounder, the facility manager not only unlocks savings potential during a property’s usage phase, but also ensures functionality and optimises services throughout the building and its facilities.
