Which admission requirements do I have to satisfy?
- Admission requirement is a university or university of applied science degree in one of the following disciplines: Facitity Managment, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Engineering or similar.
- At least one-year professional practice in the building or real estate industry
How is the course orgnized and what is the duration?
- With a compact timetable as well as the renunciation of the usual vacation the consecutive studies permits a studies duration of 18 months, the consecutive course lasts 20 months.
How much are the tuition fees?
- The SRH University Heidelberg is a private, officially recognized university and herself with tuition fees. These fees enable us to offer you excellent teaching with an optimal study environment in small learning groups and practical education. The tuition fees amount to 670 € a month.
When does the program start?
- The master program always commence 1st April (summer semester) and 1st October (winter semester).
What are the possibilities of funding?
- Your studies can be financed by the classic German BAföG grant or scholarships offered by different foundations. Additionally different SRH partners in financial service providing offer possibilities of studies funding.
